📄 Description
In this project, our team (CTRL+PR) decided on creating a PR campaign to address and help the underprivileged families, especially children of waste workers. For the successful establishment of the campaign, we crafted important messages and communication strategies, analyzed the target audience, and chose channels to disseminate messages.
🔍 Justification
I chose to focus on this topic because education is the most powerful way to escape poverty, but many families are forced to choose survival over schooling. Public relations campaigns hold strong influence in shaping the reputation of organizations and changing the perception of individuals.
📊 Key Outcomes
- This project was a huge learning experience for me. I learned how to connect academic research about the "poverty trap" to a practical PR plan. Through this project, I got to better understand audience analysis and selecting channels based on target audience and message to be disseminated.
